One summer we had a scout camp in Switzerland. We went there by bus. It was a long, long journey so we stopped at a gas station in Germany. We got out of the bus and we were given a litte snack: crispbread with Nutella, because we were in Germany. I remeber this so well because it was so weird and it must have looked weird; a big group of scouts, sitting in front of the gas station, eating crispbread with Nutella. But it was fun and it tasted good.
Hahaha, yeah, I can imagine;D I must say that when our lovely Spanish exchange students were here, all of them were just crazy about nutella. I was in scout too, but i quit it when I was thirteen, I think. That just wasn't for me. But I learned very useful things in there. I've never been to Switzerland, you must have had really good time in there. Anna V.
I have never tasted nutella with bread it really do sounds weird to eat something so sweet and bread together. And it must had been a very great experience to go to Switzerland without parents and it must had been a really different adventure cause I guess you had a lot of friends there with you.
Dear Milena, nice to hear that you have been to Germany, even if it was a really short time. I love Nutella and with soft bread it is even more delicious, but I have never eaten it with crispbread. You should better try a softer bread! Unfortunately Nutella is rare and expensive in Finland. I brought my hostfamily some Nutella from Germay. Especially my little hostsisters loved it! I hope you will come to Germany again! Suomimki
Funny. I first read that there were scots no scouts. I wondered for some time why would a group of scots be there!
But Nutella. I have heard a lot of it but never tasted it. I Read this quote about it: "The only reason I eat bread is Nutella". Well, I still think think it looks disgusting.
Your story is like a snapshot of the situation - I can picture all of you there, enjoying your crispbread with Nutella :) Mmmm, Nutella is really nice - you really should try it, Valtteri. Also good on pancakes. But yes, Imke, quite expensive in Finland.
